The room was spacious and modern, providing plenty of comfort.
During my stay, I found the check-in process to be quite slow which set a disappointing tone for the visit. the Wi-Fi connection was weak and often dropped, making it hard to stay connected. I encountered some cleanliness issues as well, including remnants of previous guests in the form of a used item found under the couch, which was quite unsettling.

We stayed in the One-Bedroom Apartment for 1 night, and it was super comfy! The beds were amazing, and the bathroom was spotless. Loved that everything was clean and well-maintained. We even got early check-in, which was a nice bonus! Definitely a great spot for our next CHCH trip. ❤️

pleasant stay with lovely features
The one-bedroom apartment was clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the animal-friendly environment, which made our visit more enjoyable, especially with our pet. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and parks. The pool view added to our relaxation during sunny afternoons.
The check-in process was somewhat slow, which could have been managed better.

Family with children cozy retreat
We had a solid stay at this place kids were happy too. The room was spotless and had a super comfy bed. My kids loved the pool even tho it was chilly. Plus, the staff gave us a warm welcome and were helpful throughout our stay.
It was a bit pricey but for the comfort we got it was pretty okay.

we had a great time at the ashford! everything felt fresh and modern, especially the lovely carpet and colors. our room was quiet, tucked away from the road, which made our stay even better. the outdoor pool was a highlight on those hot days, and the lady at the office was so helpful with our bags before check-in. plus, we loved being close to great cafes like truffle for breakfast!
